By downloading, installing, or using Sileti ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

License Grant
Fabs Group L.T.D. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Sileti for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
This license allows you to install and use Sileti on Windows devices that you own or control. The license is revocable and terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Sileti, including its software, code, documentation, branding, logo, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by Fabs Group L.T.D.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Fabs Group L.T.D. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, or logos without our prior written consent.
Permitted Use
You may use Sileti to:
- Convert text content from your clipboard to audio
- Use the application for personal productivity and accessibility purposes
- Install the application on multiple Windows devices that you own
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Sileti
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Sileti
- Use Sileti to generate or broadcast illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Use Sileti for commercial purposes without explicit permission
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense Sileti to third parties
Privacy and Data
Sileti is designed as a privacy-first application. All text processing occurs locally on your device. We do not store, transmit, or access your clipboard content.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Sileti is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the application
- Freedom from viruses or other harmful components
We do not guarantee that Sileti will meet your requirements or operate without interruption.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabs Group L.T.D. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Data loss or system corruption
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Damage to computer systems or software
- Any other economic or consequential damages
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application, if any.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Sileti immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use Sileti immediately ceases, and you should uninstall the application from all your devices.
Updates and Modifications
We may update Sileti from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or comply with legal requirements. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed.
We may also modify these Terms. Continued use of Sileti after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
